20世纪60年代以来,各国政府大力发展国际志愿服务,将国际志愿服务作为体现国家意志、展示国家形象的手段,体现了国际志愿服务与国家战略的高度协同。青年参与国际志愿服务具有天然的优势,而近年来国际志愿服务的主体、受众和内容也呈现出青年化的趋势。国际志愿服务已经成为各国培养国际化青年人才的重要手段。
Abstract：Great efforts have been made to develop the international volunteering, which has been regarded as a means to embody the will of the state and to build image of a nation by the government of every country in the world since the 1960s. High coordination could be observed between international volunteering and national strategies. The youth have a natural advantage in international volunteering participation. In recent years, as the subjects, targets and content of international volunteering become increasingly youth-oriented, governments have been regarding international volunteering as an important practice for fostering young talents with a global vision.
