从历史发展的角度,阐述了党团关系与党建带团建工作的起源,并结合改革开放以来党建带团建工作发展的不同阶段,系统分析了新时期党建带团建工作应把握的原则。在此基础上,从思想建设、组织建设、作风建设三方面,对党建带团建的主要内容进行了分析和论述。

From a historical perspective,describes the origin of the work of Party Building Guild League Building,combined with the different stages of development of such work since reform and opening,the article analyzes systemically the principles of the work of Party Building Guild League Building.On this basis,from the ideological construction,organizational building,and work style,the content of the work of Party Building Guild League Building are analyzed and discussed in three areas.
