中国共产党历来高度重视青年德育工作，将青年德育摆在关系民族复兴大计的战略地位。推进新时代中国青年德育工作价值深远，既有利于发扬中华民族“以德为美”的优良传统，还有利于抓好“后继有人”这个根本大计，更有利于助力中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟事业。在新的时代条件下，继续推进我国青年德育工作高质量发展，在实践目标层面要坚持道德认知与道德实践的紧密结合，坚持恪守公德与严守私德的同向同行，坚持爱国情怀与人类关怀的内在统一。以“文”养德、以“气”孕德、以“行”显德是新时代中国青年德育工作的可行路径，有效开展青年德育工作一要汲取文化力量，筑牢青年德育之基；二要培育良好风气，优化青年德育之境；三要注重道德实践，提升青年德育之效。
Abstract：The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the work of youth moral education and placed it in the strategic position in relation to the great plan for national rejuvenation. Promoting the moral education of Chinese youth in the new era is of profound value, not only for carrying forward the fine tradition of the Chinese nation ‘taking virtue as beauty', but also conducive to the fundamental plan of ‘having successors', and contributing to the grand cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Under the conditions of the new era, we should continue to promote the high-quality development of youth moral education in China, adhere to the close combination of moral cognition and moral practice at the level of practical objectives, adhere to the same direction of abiding by public morality and strict private morality, and adhere to the internal unity of patriotism and human care. Cultivating morality with " culture, " cultivating morality with " qi " and showing morality with " action " are feasible paths for Chinese youth moral education in the new era. To effectively carry out youth moral education, we must draw on cultural forces and build a solid foundation for youth moral education. Second, to cultivate a good atmosphere, optimize the environment of youth moral education; third, pay attention to moral practice, enhance the effectiveness of youth moral education.
