随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,大量青年群体涌入到城市中,为了缓解青年群体的住房压力,能科学有效优化青年群体居住环境的设计策略研究就显得十分重要。当今时代,青年群体具有独特的一面,在进行青年群体居住空间设计时,要充分考虑青年人的基本需求,从而提升居住空间的科学性及合理性。文章首先阐述了城市青年群体居住空间优化设计的必要性,分析青年人群的居住需求和居住空间设计的发展方向,最后提出青年群体居住空间优化设计策略,希望对相关人士有一定的借鉴意义。

With the development of urbanization in China, a large number of young people groups flock into cities. In order to ease the housing pressure for young people groups, great importance is shown in designing strategy research of scientifically and effectively optimizing the dwelling environment for young people groups. In contemporary era, the specific features are shown in the young people groups, that is why the basic requirements should be fully considered in designing the dwelling space for young people groups, so as to promote the creative and reasonable features of dwelling spaces. First of all, the article discusses the necessity of optimal design of dwelling space for urban young people groups, analyzes the dwelling requirement of young people and the developing trend of dwelling space design, and at last puts forward the strategy for optimal design of dwelling spaces of young people groups, and hopes that the article is of some reference values for people concerned.
