环境问题已经成为制约中国经济和社会发展的重要问题。环境问题的社会治理是一个长期的过程,需要充分动员政府、社会和个体等多元力量的参与。城市青年作为城市生活中一个重要群体,其环保意识和行为对于城市的环境和生态有重要影响,并在不同性别、教育水平和收入水平间存在一定的差异性。通过对不同特性城市青年的环保意识和环保行为的描述性和相关性实证分析,探讨其具体的相关性、发展趋势以及存在的问题,并提出相应的措施和建议,这对于从政府层面对不同群体有针对性的进行环保教育宣传和制度建设具有现实意义。

The environmental issue has become an important problem that restricts the economic and social development of China. The social governance of environmental issue is a long-term process, which needs the full participation of multiple forces from the government, the society and the individuals. The urban youth are an important group in city life and their awareness and behavior of environmental protection, which are of a certain difference in the aspects of gender difference, educational level and income level, have important impact on the environment and ecology of the city.Through the descriptive analysis and correlation analysis of the environmental awareness and environmental behavior of different groups, this article discusses the specific relevance, development trend and existing problems,and put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions. It is of practical significance to carry out environmental education propaganda and system construction for different groups from the government level.
