学习型组织的建立是知识经济时代的客观需要 ,服务型组织的建立则是市场经济的发育对中介组织的需求所促动的必然结果 ,作为当今社会中最重要的组织、团结和发展青年的社会团体 ,共青团理应在建设学习型和服务型组织方面下工夫。服务型组织的建设是共青团服务大局与服务青年的本质所在 ,而学习型组织的建立则是实现这一目标的重要途径。

The construction of a learning organization is the object calling of knowlage-economical time,and a serivece organization is neceesary for the development of market economy.As a social group which is to organize and develope youth,the Youth League should take hard for the constraction of learning organization and service organization.The service organization is the essence of the Youth league,and the learning organization is an important way to it.
