青年志愿工匠的培育对于推动粤港澳大湾区跨区域、跨制度协调发展和推动青年国家认同具有重要意义。但是当前粤港澳三地志愿服务存在政策不兼容、资源无法共享、激励体系的适用存在困境等问题。本研究从广州志愿者学院的志愿工匠培育经验出发,从协同逻辑、共享逻辑和空间逻辑三个方面提出推动粤港澳大湾区志愿工匠培育的机制与路径。
Abstract：The cultivation of youth volunteer craftsmen is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area across regions and systems and to promote the national identity of the youth. However, there are some problems in the current voluntary service in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, such as policy incompatibility, inability to share resources, and difficulties in the application of the incentive system. Based on the experience of volunteer craftsmen cultivation in Guangzhou Volunteer College, this study puts forward the mechanism and path to promote the cultivation of volunteer craftsmen in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from three aspects: collaborative logic, shared logic and spatial logic.
