作为"第一代网络原住民"的青少年学生,生活的一个重要场域是网络世界。网络世界为青少年学生的学习、交友、生活提供便利的同时,也为其道德行为的失范提供了可能。青少年学生在网络中不同程度存在着有意或无意传播网络谣言、进行网络剽窃、实施网络暴力、实施网络犯罪等道德失范问题。这些问题的产生,主要是由青少年学生的生理心理正处于"疾风暴雨"阶段、互联网固有的一些特点以及社会转型期"价值真空"的存在等多种因素综合造成的。可通过学校教育、政府部门监管、道德榜样示范等途径加以解决。

As "the first indigenous generation network" of the adolescent students, online world is their important field of life. Bringing convenience for young students in learning, making friends, life, the network also makes possible the anomaly of the moral behavior. On network, the young students show problems of anomaly to various degrees, such as intentional or unintentional spreading rumors on line, network plagiarism, implementation of online violence, commitment of crime on internet. These problems are mainly caused by the "violent storm" period in physiology and psychology for young students, some inherent characteristics of the internet, as well as the existence of social transition "vacuum" value. These problems can only be solved by school education, government regulation and moral example demonstration.
