青年是新时代的奋进者、开拓者、奉献者，如何发挥青年群体的作用，如何培育青年价值观，成为新时代育人工作的一个重要理论与实践问题。新时代青年价值观教育面临着西方社会思潮对青年价值观的消解、新媒体“泛娱乐化”对青年价值观的扭曲、青年价值观“知与行”转化的机制缺失等方面的挑战。因此，需要在批判西方社会思潮中、在提高用网治网水平中以及在构建长效机制中加强青年价值观教育。

Youth is the striver, pioneer and devotee of the new era. How to play the role of youth groups and how to cultivate youth values have become an important theoretical and practical issue of educating people in the new era. The education of youth values in the new era is facing the challenges of the deconstruction of youth values by western social trends, the distortion of youth values by the ‘pan entertainment' of new media, and the lack of mechanism for the transformation of youth values ‘knowledge and practice'. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the education of youth values in criticizing western social thoughts, improving the level of using the Internet to govern the Internet and building a long-term mechanism.
