人际交往是人类生活中不可缺少的一部分,人的许多需要都是在人际交往中得到满足的。对于当代大学生,良好的人际交往是保持心理健康的重要条件,是人格完善的重要因素,也是自我发展的重要内容。但在现实生活中,大学生人际交往中存在的许多障碍,对日常生活、学习、发展都产生了不同程度的影响。因此,有必要对造成障碍的原因进行研究分析,进一步了解大学生的人际交往状况。本文以北京高校大学生为例,通过问卷调查,对大学生人际交往障碍的原因进行研究分析,在此基础之上,分别从大学生个人、家庭、学校、社会等方面探索相应的解决策略,以期帮助大学生消除障碍,走出困境,从而更好地学习、成长和发展自我。

Communication is the indispensable part of human being,in which people's needs are satisfied.As for contemporary college students,favorable communication is essential for their mental health and is important both in perfecting personality and realizing self-development.But unfortunately,in real life many students are facing communication handicap,which casts negative impact on their daily life,academic leaning and further development.Therefore it is necessary to analyze the courses of communication handicap in order to get further information on the communication conditions of college students.Based on the cases of college students in Beijing,the article studies and analyzes the communication handicap of college students out of questionnaire survey and on this basis tries to find relative solutions in the aspects of student individual,family,school and society,so as to help college students eliminate disorder,get out of plight and improve in academic learning,growth and self-development.
