在当前互联网快速发展，“健康中国”战略推进实施的背景下，互联网使用对于现实社交与青年健康产生怎样的影响？基于2012、2013、2015年中国综合社会调查数据，运用结构方程模型，考察了互联网使用对青年健康的影响以及现实社交在其中发挥的中介效应，并对此影响及中介效应进行了多群组分析。研究发现，使用互联网对青年健康具有显著的正向影响，现实社交在影响中发挥着部分中介作用。互联网使用的弱势青年群体通过使用互联网，其参与现实社交以及正向影响健康的可能性更大。这可能与弱势青年群体互联网使用的人际情感和信息获取机制较易发挥有关。在此基础上，从提高互联网普及率、提升互联网使用技能、建立健全“互联网+医疗健康”信息平台和积极参与现实社交活动方面提出建议。
Abstract：In the context of the rapid development of the Internet and the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy, how does Internet use affect social reality and youth health? Based on the data of China Comprehensive Social Survey in 2012, 2013 and 2015, using structural equation model, this paper investigates the impact of Internet use on youth health and the mediation effect of social interaction in reality, and conducts a multi-group analysis of the impact and mediation effect. The results showed that Internet use has a significant positive effect on youth health, and social interaction in reality plays a part of the mediation role in the effect.The vulnerable youth groups who use the Internet are more likely to participate in the social interaction in reality and positively affect health by using the Internet. This may be related to the easier functioning of interpersonal emotion and information acquisition mechanism used by vulnerable youth groups on the Internet. On this basis, this paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of improving the penetration rate of the Internet, improving the skills of using the Internet, establishing and improving the "Internet +health" information platform, and advocating the rational use of the Internet.
