香港澳门回归后,港澳籍学生来内地高校求学的数量也大大增加,其中有一些港澳籍学生有毕业后留在内地工作发展的意向。对暨南大学大一至大四不同专业外招本科生的调研发现,港澳生到内地求学主要基于港澳竞争激烈、内地高校本科学历能够获得港澳地区承认、内地求学成本低等方面的考虑;其留内地就业与生活意向一般;内地社会保障制度不完善以及薪酬水平差距是港澳生留内地就业最重要的障碍;应该从降低部分行业限制、提供更多的实习与就业机会、加强就业指导及就业心理辅导、逐步完善相关的社会保障制度等方面入手做好指导和服务工作。

With the economic and cultural exchanges of Hong Kong and Macao with the mainland getting more and more frequently in the wake of the two regions' return to China, there are increasing number of students from the two regions attend the mainland universities, some of whom are willing to pursue their employment in the mainland after graduation. Against the backdrop of the grim employment situation, university students in mainland from Hong Kong and Macao are facing more obstacles on employment. Keeping up with their intention to work and live in mainland and deepening knowledge in adequacies of mainland universities' work on Hong Kong and Macao students' employment are of great significance for Overseas Community Affairs Council and mainland universities to formulate supporting education program and corresponding employment guidelines aiming at these students.
