改革开放40周年带来文化大繁荣大发展,而文化交流的空前活跃让本土文化面临更大的机遇与挑战。新时代,处于文化观形成阶段的大学生面临主观上文化自信缺失与多元文化、社会转型、互联网发展等客观因素冲击。肩负人才培养、文化传承与创新等职能并以立德树人为根本任务的高校理所应当地应该担负起大学生文化自信培育的重任。在文化自信培育过程中发挥高校共青团的引领作用关键在于在思想育人中根植文化自信,在实践育人中培育文化自信,在组织育人中提升文化自信,在校园文化建设中实践文化育人,在网络文化选择中实践服务育人。

Though great cultural prosperity and development has been brought by the forty years' reform and opening-up policy, the native culture is confronted with more and more opportunities and challenges. In the new era, the college and university students, who are in their stage of cultural person-hood formation, are facing subjectively the lack of cultural confidence, and impact of objective factors from multiple cultures, social transformation and development of internet. The colleges and universities, which shoulder the functions of talent cultivation and cultural inheritance and innovation, and take strengthening moral education and cultivating people as their fundamental tasks, should take for granted the responsibility for cultivating the cultural confidence of college and university students. The key to playing a leading role for the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the process of cultivating cultural confidence lies in planting cultural confidence into ideological education, cultivating cultural confidence in education through practice, promoting cultural confidence in education through Communist Party and Youth League, practicing the cultural confidence in cultural building on campus, and experiencing service-based education in selection of network cultures.
