现代大学生中存在着一定程度上的礼仪缺失情况,这其中既有其个人和家庭成长环境的影响,也有来自社会、外来文化和高校管理方面的因素。进行礼仪教育有助于大学生个体人格完善、建立良好人际关系,促进大学生的社会化及与自然环境的和谐,可以从课程教育、礼仪文化主题教育、校园文化熏陶及礼仪社会践行几方面,探索对大学生进行礼仪教育的有效途径。

To a certain extent absence of etiquette of modern college students,this is result form individual,family environment for students growth,society,Alien culture and college management.Article analyzes the necessity according to improve the college students individual personality,establish good interpersonal relationships,promote the socialization of college students and the harmony between college students and nature,comes up with approaches to promoting etiquette education for college students which consists of course education,etiquette cultural theme education,campus cultural influence and practice of ritual behavior.
