生态法治建设是生态文明建设的重要组成部分,生态法治建设是一项系统工程,新时代加强大学生的生态法治教育是当前高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,是大学生全面发展的需要、是时代发展对高校思政教育的需要、是全面推进依法治国、建设生态文明和美丽中国的需要,因此选择合适的培育路径,提升大学生的生态法治价值观的实效性迫在眉睫。通过树立大学生的生态危机意识和生态责任意识,确立高校教育教学内容的生态化转型,积极营造校园生态文明环境,开展教学改革将生态文明融入思政课程体系,加强生态文明教育教学效果是当前高校教育教学的重要组成部分。

The construction of ecological and legal system serves as an important part of ecological civilization construction, and the building of ecological legal system is a systematic project. Strengthening the ecological and legal system education for college and university students in the new era is an important part of the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities, is the requirement of the all-round development of college students, the requirement of the times to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and the requirement of comprehensively pushing forward the rule of law, building ecological civilization and beautiful China. Therefore, it is imperative to choose a suitable cultivation path to enhance the effectiveness of the ecological value of the rule of law among college students. Currently, it is an important part of teaching and education in colleges and universities to establish the ecological transformation in contents of teaching and education in colleges and universities, create actively an ecological and civilized environment on campus, carry out teaching and education reform and integrate ecological civilization into the ideological and political education curriculum, and the teaching effect of ecological civilization education by way of establishing the awareness of ecological crisis and ecological responsibilities for college and university students.
