青年是实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键力量，有责任有义务在新时代的征程上开拓奋进，勇毅前行。但是，现实生活中的部分青年在西方错误思潮的诱导下、非理性竞争的压力下、网络“亚文化”误导下，奋斗精神受到一定程度的削减，呈现出了不同程度的“躺平”和“摆烂”现象。这与我们党倡导的青春奋斗、青春勃发、青春奉献等时代理念格格不入。要消解“躺平”现象的存在，需要筑牢理想信念的精神之钙、砥砺青春奋斗的内在动力，树立青春奋斗的标杆榜样、激发争优创先的磅礴力量，营造积极向上的校园文化、建设催人奋进的第二课堂。

Young people are the key force in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. They have the responsibility and obligation to forge ahead in the journey of the new era. However, some young people in real life, under the guidance of Western erroneous thoughts, under the pressure of irrational competition, and under the misleading of the 'subculture' of the Internet, the spirit of struggle has been reduced to a certain extent, showing different degrees of 'lying flat' and 'let it rot' phenomenon. This is incompatible with the Party's philosophy of youthful struggle, youthful development, and youthful dedication. In order to dissolve the existence of the phenomenon of 'lying flat', it is necessary to build the spiritual calcium of ideals and beliefs, to temper the internal motivation of youth struggle, to set a benchmark example of youth struggle, to stimulate the majestic power of striving for excellence,to create a positive campus culture, and to build a inspiring second classroom.
