北京青年研究

党和国家从战略发展的高度布局青年工作，青年工作人才培养是战略实现的基础。本文以北京青年政治学院青年工作职业人才培养为例，从青年工作特色专业群建设的角度，探索新时代青年工作职业人才培养的路径。一是优化培养体系，在青年政治特色人才培养上守正创新。二是深化产教融合，在职业教育的实践性和开放性上提质培优，坚持“用实践讲政治，用实践强技能”的实践育人模式，进一步深化实践育人机制，进一步开放实践育人平台。三是坚持以人为本，在实现人才培养的高质量发展上强基固本。四是夯实科研服务，在青年工作职业人才培养的中国特色上积累创新。

The Party and country lay out youth work from the perspective of strategic development, and the cultivation of talents for youth work is the basis for the realization of the strategy. This paper takes the youth work vocational talent training of Beijing Youth Politics College as an example, and explores the path of youth work vocational talent training in the new era from the perspective of the construction of youth work professional characteristic group. First, we should optimize the training system and make innovations in the training of young people with political characteristics. The second is to deepen the integration of industry and education, improve the quality of vocational education in terms of practicality and openness. Third, adhere to people-oriented,and strengthen the foundation in realizing the high-quality development of talent training. Fourth, we should consolidate scientific research services and accumulate innovation in the cultivation of youth work with Chinese characteristics.
