微博在中国的广泛兴起和在大学生日常生活中的广泛流行,给大学生的思想和行为带来了深刻的影响。微博作为当今网络时代新兴便捷的交流平台,已经成为高校开展思想政治教育的重要途径。借鉴管理学中的SWOT分析方法,以对微博应用于高校思想政治教育的优势与劣势、机会与威胁进行系统阐释,提出了微博作为高校网络思想政治教育新载体的有效策略:一是利用外部机会发挥微博的比较优势;二是利用外部机会克服微博应用于高校思政教育的劣势;三是发挥微博的独特功能防范其面临的威胁;四是"内外发力"改变劣势应对威胁。

Micro blog in China's broader rise and wide popularity in college students' daily life,to the college students' thought and behavior has brought the profound influence. As today's new convenient communication platform of Internet age,it has become the important way to carry out the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Referring to the SWOT analysis method of management,to micro blog applied in ideological and political education of advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats for interpretation system,puts forward the micro blog as a new carrier of university network ideological and political education effective strategies: The first is to use the external opportunities to play micro blog comparative advantage; The second is to use the external opportunities to overcome micro blog applied to college ideological instruction education disadvantage; the third is the distinctive function of playing micro blog against threats,the fourth is "the internal and external power" to change disadvantage against threats.
