"互联网+志愿服务"能够集聚志愿服务信息,大大加强志愿服务在大学生中的宣传、推广力度,有助于提高大学生志愿服务的日常管理的效率,有力地推进大学生志愿服务的制度化和规范化,在推动大学生志愿服务效能提升的同时,也能够很好地助力大学生志愿精神的培育。而"互联网+志愿服务"发展中存在的志愿服务信息管理平台互联互通不足、强制注册、利用信息平台漏洞进行弄虚作假的行为等问题,也给大学生志愿精神的培育带来了不利影响。应以先进的志愿服务管理理念完善信息系统,为大学生志愿精神培育创造更好的环境和基础,同时利用信息平台实施志愿服务学分化制度,加强志愿服务制度化建设,为大学生志愿精神的培育提供更有力的抓手和载体,从而更好地发挥"互联网+志愿服务"对大学生志愿精神培育的促进作用。

The "Internet plus Volunteering" can gather volunteer service information; strengthen greatly the publicity and promotion of the volunteer service among college and university students; contribute to increasing the efficiency of daily management of college and university students' volunteer service; boost effectively the institutionalization and standardization of college volunteer service. While promoting the efficiency of college students' volunteer service, it can also facilitate the cultivation of college students' volunteerism. In the development of "Internet plus volunteering", problems such as insufficient interconnection and interworking of volunteer service information management platform, compulsory registration, and fraudulent behaviors by taking advantage of information platform loopholes have also brought adverse effects on the cultivation of college students' volunteerism.The information system should be improved with the advanced volunteer service management concept, to create a better environment and foundation for the cultivation of college students' volunteerism. At the same time, the information platform is used to implement the credit system of volunteer service. Strengthen the institutional construction of volunteer service, and provide a more powerful carrier and breakthrough for the cultivation of college students' volunteerism. In this way, "Internet plus volunteering" can play a better role in promoting the cultivation of college students' volunteerism.
