北京青年研究

中国共青团究竟是一个什么样的社会组织,又具有一些什么样的特征,诸如此类的问题,学界未见深入研究,基于此,笔者拟对共青团的属性进行一个基本的界定。本文首先选择了"社会团体"这个概念作为研究的支点,引用前人的成果,得出"社会团体"所具有的五个基本特征,在此基础上,结合对共青团的历史、职能等多方面的考查,得出最终结论:中国共青团是政治性较强、官办色彩较浓、组织程度较高的社会团体。
