大学生弱势群体的就业难,不仅制约了大学生个人的发展,还会影响社会的和谐稳定。从社会支持网络视角深入探讨大学生弱势群体就业难问题,利用社会网络分析大学生弱势群体就业社会支持的现状,透析该群体产生的深层次社会原因。通过完善大学生弱势群体的社会支持网络的顶层设计,系统的构建大学生弱势群体社会支持网络,改善大学生弱势群体生存环境,确立实现自我价值的信心和能力,促进大学生弱势群体脱离弱势地位,顺利实现就业。
Abstract：The difficulty for disadvantaged group of college students in employment not only restricts the individual development of college students, but influences the harmony and stability of the society. Discussing the problem of employment difficulty among disadvantaged group of college students from the perspective of social support network and by way of social network analyzing the current situation of such support to the employment of the groups, the article explores the potential social factors for the existence of the group, puts forward the ideas of the scientific construction of the social support network for the disadvantaged groups among college students by perfecting the top-level design of the such network, so as to improve their living environment, build their self-confidence and ability to realize their self-worth, help them get rid of the disadvantaged situation and obtain employment.
