发展先进文化 ,是我们党保持先进性的根本要求 ,是有中国特色社会主义的本质体现。在当代中国 ,发展先进文化 ,就是发展有中国特色社会主义的文化 ,就是建设社会主义精神文明。志愿精神作为新时代社会主义精神文明建设的一项重要内容 ,正是体现了先进的价值观念和先进文化的发展方向。从志愿精神的几个方面特性来看 ,当代的志愿精神已经成了先进文化的典范 ,也从一个侧面体现了先进文化具有传统性、开放性、道德性、不断自我完善性、外在性、个体性和整体性等。
Abstract：To development the advanced culture is the essential embodied of Chinese characteristics socialism.In modern China,the development of advanced culture is to construct the socialist spirit civilization.As the important content of the construction of socialist spirit civilization,the volunteerism embodied the advanced value and the developmental orientation of advanced culture.Now the volunteerism is the model of advanced culture.
