"返璞式农耕"是差异化的半工半耕家计模式重要分支。"返璞式农耕"是在贫困山区青壮年劳动力大规模外出,乡村原耕作环境发生变化的背景下,主要由留守老人和妇女维持小规模、边缘化,补给生活保障,返璞绿色健康生活的耕作方式。贫困山区在祖辈传承的农田、山林、湖泊生态环境中延续农业耕种、劳作和养殖,在此基础上形成对现代城市生活的反思和对乡土文明的眷恋。"返璞式农耕"使传统家庭耕种方式和农业文明记忆得以延续和传承。本文从人与原生环境和谐共生的角度思考乡土记忆延续、留守儿童家庭教育和精神发展困境、留守儿童家庭责任制和娱教间的内在逻辑联系。在乡土文明自然延续视域下,构建和强化以"家"为单位的雇佣和流动、留守妇女贤孝传承与留守儿童家庭责任法治化监管职责;确立城乡互动式娱教机制,及时补充更新贫困山区儿童娱教设施和项目,完善留守儿童友好型社区娱教体系;在城乡公共服务均等化政策设计中通过补偿教育促进留守儿童家庭教育能力提升,强调家庭娱教的重要性,在亲子生活互动中寓教于乐,让留守儿童在成长过程中感受到童真童趣。
Abstract:"Farming in original simplicity" is an important branch of differentiated part work and part farm family livelihood mode."Primitive farming" is small scale, supplementary living security, marginal tillage method engaged by rural stay-at-home elderly and women with a primitive green and healthy lifestyle. It comes into being out of background in which young and middle-aged people in poor mountainous areas go out on large scale and the changes of original farming environment in rural areas. In ecological environment of farmland, mountains and lakes inherited by their ancestors, poor villagers from mountainous areas still go on cultivating, working and breeding, and on this basis, they form the reflection on modern urban life and the attachment to rural civilization. Small amount of farmland enables the family farming and the memory of traditional agricultural civilization to continue and inherit. From the perspective of "harmonious coexistence between people and nature", devoted to consider the continuation of rural memory, family education and spiritual development dilemma of left-behind children, household responsibility system of left-behind children and the internal logical connections between entertainment and education. From perspective of involuntary continuation of rural civilization, this paper suggests to construct a family-based system of employment and mobility through inheritance of filial piety of left-behind women and supervision of left-behind children under the rule of law, to establish an interactive entertainment and education mechanism between urban and rural areas, and establish a normalizing mechanism for the entertainment and education, to construct a friendly community for stay-at-home children, and timely supplement and update entertainment facilities and projects for these children living in poor mountainous areas, emphasize on role compensation education in improvement of family education ability in policy design of equalization of urban and rural public services. On the basis of parent-child communication, entertainment and education are supposed to be combined with the fun in parent-child interaction, enabling stay-at-home children can experience the fun of childhood in their growth and development.
