大学生是祖国的未来与希望,是大学校园里最活跃的一个群体,他们渴望与人交往,建立良好的人际互动关系。良好的人际关系不仅意味着他们在大学里有和谐的人际氛围、丰富多彩的学习生活和文娱活动,更重要的是为他们今后的进一步社会化做好了心理上和行动上的准备。相反,人际交往不畅的大学生会面临人际困扰。除了自我性格因素和家庭环境因素影响外,还表现在他们与人交往过程中缺乏经验,没有掌握人际交往的技巧和策略,这使他们在面对不同的交往对象时缺乏应对能力,难以与人和谐相处。有人际困扰的大学生往往会感到烦恼和痛苦,容易造成心理失衡,甚至导致心理问题频发。因此,掌握人际交往方法,对促进大学生心理健康和和谐校园建设具有重要的作用。

College students are the future and hope of the country, and are the most active group in the campus. They want to communicate with people, and establish a good interpersonal relationship. A good interpersonal relationship not only means that they can live in a harmonious interpersonal atmosphere in the campus, with colorful studying life and recreational activities, but more importantly, it will help them be well prepared both in mentality and in action for their further socialization in the future. On the contrary, college students having unsmooth interpersonal communication would face interpersonal problems, which, apart from such affecting factors as personality and family environment, are reflected as lack of experience in communicating with others and failing to master skills and strategies of interpersonal communication, which makes them unable to communicate with different people with ease and hard get along well with people. College students with interpersonal problems tend to feel upset and wretched, develop a psychological imbalance, and even have psychological problems. Therefore, mastering the interpersonal communication skills plays an important role in promoting college students' mental health and maintaining a harmonious campus.
