"青春梦"是"中国梦"的力量源泉,"中国梦"是"青春梦"的根本基石,两者辨证统一于新时代中国特色社会主义的伟大实践之中。党的十八大以来,"中国梦"成为一个充满活力的代名词,成为以文化人、以文育人的一种理想信念,成为新时期指导高校思想政治教育工作的风向标,引领时代前行的号角。高校作为培养人才的摇篮,要理论联系实际,指引当今青年将"中国梦"与个人的梦想有机结合,把激昂的"青春梦"融入到青年的成长与生活,这有助于激励青年一代的青春梦想和爱国热情。新时代,以伟大的"中国梦"引领青年的理想信念,实现两者相融相促、协同发展,对提升新时期高校思想政治教育工作的有效性和创造性具有十分重要的意义。

The "youth dream" is the source of strength of the "Chinese Dream", while the "Chinese Dream" is the foundation of the "youth dream", and both of them are integrated in dialectical way with great course of the socialism with Chinese characteristics in new era. Since the 18th Party Congress the "Chinese Dream" has become a synonym of vitality, a kind of ideal and faith for educating and cultivating people with culture, an indicator guiding the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities in new era, and a signal of promoting the advancement of the times. As the cradle of cultivating talents, the colleges and universities are required to link theory with practice, to guide the contemporary youth to combine the "Chinese Dream" with their personal dreams, and to integrate the passionate "youth dream" with the development and life of the youth, so as to stimulate the youth dream and patriotic enthusiasm of the young generation. In new era, it's of great significance to increase the effectiveness and creativeness of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities through guiding the ideal and belief of the youth with the great "Chinese Dream" and realizing their mutual integration and helping each other forward, and their coordinated development.
