当前广州青年正处于重要的战略机遇期,面临着全面建成小康社会,推动珠三角的优化发展以及巩固提升广州国家中心城市地位等关键节点。全面认识其价值观的现状、特点,对于制定青年政策,促进青年全面发展,发挥其作为社会建设生力军的作用具有深远意义。从总体上看,广州青年呈现出积极的政治价值观以及较高的社会道德和法制观念;社会价值观方面表现出传统、现代、后现代取向的复杂;人生价值取向上更加务实;择业观上主要考虑主体性因素;择偶观则追求精神层面的契合。广州应该从多方面入手,建构促进青年价值观不断优化的支持体系,促进积极的青年发展。

Being in an important period of strategic opportunity, the youth in Guangzhou are at the key stages of the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way, the promotion of optimal development of Pearl River Delta and the consolidation and improvement of the position of Guangzhou as one of the central cities of the country. It is of far-reaching significance to understand comprehensively the current situation and characteristics of the youth values for formulating youth policies, promoting the integrated development of the youth and bringing into play their function as fresh troops in socialist construction. On the whole, the youth in Guangzhou present a positive political values and higher social morality and the concept of rule of law, show in social values the complexity of orientation to tradition, the contemporary age and post-modernity, are more pragmatic in orientation to value of life, take into account mainly the subjective factors in view of employment, pursue the agreement on spiritual level in mate selection. The city of Guangzhou should construct the supportive system from many ways for the promotion of the continuous optimization of the youth values and the improvement of the development of the youth.
