近年来,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,而大学生放弃已有的工作机会自愿性失业现象屡见不鲜,备受社会关注。本文围绕"大学生为何自愿性失业"这一问题,采用实地研究的方式,以结构访谈为主,相关文献资料为参考,对大学生自愿性失业现象的表现、原因、影响及对策进行较为深入的探讨。研究结果显示,大学生自愿性失业的原因,主观方面与大学生的就业期望、职业规划和攀比心理有关;客观方面则与父母权威、感情羁绊有关;同时也受到物质条件、人力资本、社会资本等因素制约。

In recent years, the employment situation for college graduates is getting more and more serious, but it is commonly seen that the graduates give up the existing career opportunities and choose willingly to be unemployed, which receives much concern in society. Aiming at the issue "why graduates tend to be willingly unemployed", this article makes in-depth research into the issue of college graduates' being willingly unemployed in the aspects of its manifestation, reason, impact and solutions, adopting the on-the-spot research method and giving the priority to structured interview while referring to the relevant documents and materials. The research results show that the reason of college graduates' being willingly unemployed have something to do subjectively with the employment expectation, occupational planning and comparing psychology of college graduates, and objectively with the influence and power of parents and the fetters of emotion, and at the same time it is also restricted by the constraints of material conditions, human capital and social capital.
