华东政法大学高等教育与教育法制研究所;
心理健康是人类健康的重要组成部分。当前,青少年的心理健康获得越来越多的关注,成为一个综合性的研究领域。在全球语境下,心理健康的内涵和外延正在发生变革,青少年的心理健康发展还面临诸多挑战。基于此,顺应社会发展,构建"三轮驱动"的青少年心理健康发展模式来积极应对挑战,具体包括对青少年赋权增能,使其摆脱"污名化"的影响,提升其良好的心理健康素养,掌握心理健康的改善方式;强化社区功能,建立支持、宽容、理解性的共同体氛围;减少青少年心理健康发展的结构性障碍。
