近年来,网络犯罪已成为未成年人犯罪新的增长点,形势严峻。检察机关充分认识其在未成年人犯罪治理中的责任与定位,初步形成了符合司法规律和未成年人特点的特殊的司法理念、工作机制和工作规范,但在治理未成年人网络犯罪时仍面临一些问题。应坚持以办案为中心,善于运用互联网技术和信息化手段,通过建立涉网犯罪未成年人动态管理系统,加强案件分析研判,健全完善司法衔接机制、搭建信息共享平台,强化网络监测,共同推进未成年人事务治理能力和治理体系现代化建设。
Abstract：It is a very severe situation that the cybercrime has become a new growth pole of juvenile crime in recent years. The institution of procurators fully realizes its responsibilities and orientation in curbing the juvenile crime, and initially formed specific judicial concept, working mechanism and procedures in accordance with the judicial rules and feature of juveniles, but is also facing some problems in curbing the cybercrime of juveniles. All the insistence should be kept on focusing on the cases, strengthening their analysis by means of applying the internet and information technology and setting up a dynamic management system for juvenile connected with cybercrime, and modifying and perfecting the judicial cohesion mechanism, building a shared information platform,intensifying the network monitoring and promoting together the modernization construction of the dealing ability and management system of juvenile affairs.
