加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设,构建学校、家庭、社会"三位一体"教育体系是思想政治工作的重要内容,是摆在各级党委、政府面前的一项紧迫而又十分重要的问题。"蓝天工程"是东城区青少年活动的品牌,通过基层运用综合信息技术整合校外活动场所资源,为未成年人活动场所建设创新模式,推出了新的经验。根据未成年人工作的实际,新时期推进学校、家庭、社会"三位一体"教育体系建设,丞需整合资源、机制保证、创新品牌的研究。

To strengthen and improve the thought and moral construction of underage,and to design the triplicity education system of school,family and society,are the important contents of thought and ideo- logical work.The"Blue Sky Project"is a logo of teen-ages activities of the Eastern district,which inte- grates the ex-school recreative resources,innovates the new modes for the building of locations,and makes new experiences.
