新时代高校理论武装体系以加强政治引领、厚植爱国情怀、强化价值引导为基本内容,具有鲜明的实践指向性、持续累积性和动态创新性,旨在为时代新人提供认识世界和改造世界的科学理论武器,形成实现中华民族伟大复兴的思想共识和实践合力。新时代高校理论武装体系的构建不仅是新时代党和社会主义建设的战略要求、国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的前提基础,而且是高校思想政治工作质量提升的必要举措、青年大学生顺利成长和全面发展的内在需要。遵循高校思想政治工作的规律,新时代高校理论武装体系构建的着力点在于建立理论武装的长效机制、加强理论武装的制度化建设、创新理论武装的方式方法,促进理论学习和理论运用相结合、理论认知和实际行动相结合、传统平台和新兴载体相结合。
Abstract：The theoretical armed system of colleges and universities in the new era has the basic content including strengthening political guidance, planting patriotic feelings, and strengthening value guidance with distinct practice orientation, continuous accumulation and dynamic innovation. It aims to provide new generation with scientific and theoretical weapons to understand and transform the world, and form the ideological consensus and practical joint force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The construction of the theoretical armed system in colleges and universities in the new era is not only the strategic requirements of the Party and socialist construction in the new era, the premise foundation of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, but also the necessary measures to improve the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and the internal needs of the smooth growth and all-round development of young college students.Following the law of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, the focus of the construction of the theoretical armed system in the new era lies in the establishment of a long-term mechanism for the theoretical armed force, strengthening the institutionalization of the theoretical armed force, innovating the ways and means of the theoretical armed force, promoting the combination of theoretical learning and theoretical application, theoretical cognition and practical action, and the combination of traditional platform and emerging carrier.
