社会加速批判理论是由法兰克福学派新一代学术领袖哈特穆特·罗萨所创立的学说，对于大学生内卷化现象分析具有强大解释力和现实启迪性。该理论以时间为媒介、以精神生活为核心、以新异化为表征，分别契合大学生内卷化现象的逻辑起点、问题焦点以及现实痛点；以加速逻辑为脉络，从社会动因的竞争因素、文化动因的期待因素、内在动因的驱动因素三个层面揭示大学生内卷化现象的成因可能；以“共鸣”为解决思路，通过实现与他者共鸣、学校共鸣以及社会共鸣的方式，恢复与重建主体与世界的正常关系，以此纾解大学生内卷化困境。
Abstract：Critical theory of social acceleration, founded by Hartmut Rosa, a new generation academic leader of Frankfurt School, has a strong explanatory power and realistic enlightenment for the analysis of the phenomenon of university students involution.With time as the medium, spiritual life as the core and new alienation as the representation, the theory fits the logical starting point, problem focus and practicall pain point of the phenomenon of university students involution. In the context of accelerating logic, the paper reveals the potential causes of the phenomenon of university students involution from three aspects: competitive factors driven by social motivations, expectation factors driven by cultural motivations, and driving factors rooted in intrinsic motivations. It proposes “resonance” as the solution pathway, restoring and reconstructing the normal relationship between the subject and the world through achieving resonance with others, resonance with the institution, and resonance with society, thereby alleviating the predicament of student-led internalization.
