党员志愿服务是增强党组织与社会联系的纽带,有利于群众路线的贯彻和党群关系的维护。目前高校教师党员志愿服务呈现个体化、零散化的特征,存在平台量不够、活动不持续、专业难发挥等问题,难以发挥出整体服务社会的优势。因此,高校要搭建志愿服务平台,从公共服务视角建构与社区的合作关系,为教师党员志愿服务奠定基础;鼓励教师党员通过社区工作站(室)等提供服务,教师党员分类持续满足社区居民需求,营造出高校与社区和谐共处的良好环境。
Abstract：Party members' voluntary service is a link to enhance the connection between the Party organization and the society,which is conducive to the implementation of the mass line and the maintenance of the relationship between the Party and the group.At present, the volunteer service of party members in colleges and universities is characterized by individualization and fragmentation, and there are problems such as insufficient platforms, unsustainable activities and difficulty in professional development, which makes it difficult to take advantage of the overall service to the society. Therefore, colleges and universities should build a volunteer service platform, construct the cooperative relationship with the community from the perspective of public service, and lay a foundation for the volunteer service of teachers and party members. Teachers and party members are encouraged to provide services through community workstations(rooms), so as to continuously meet the needs of community residents and create a good environment for harmonious coexistence between colleges and communities.
