青年思想政治教育以作为满足社会发展需求为目的的教育工具和宣传手段,其功用被认为只是调动青年群体的政治热情、树立正确的政治态度以更好地服务于社会大局,却削弱了塑造他们的完美人格,阻碍了青年对真善美的追求。新时期,如何从新的理论视野中汲取营养,深入挖掘审美思想的教育内涵,重视审美理念对青年思想政治教育工作的影响,以此丰富和完善青年思想政治教育的方法和手段、改进青年思想政治教育工作的效度和信度,对当前青年思想政治教育工作面向现代化转型有着重要的现实指导意义。

As a tool of education and a means of publicity for the purpose of meeting the needs of social development, the ideological and political education for the youth is considered only to perform a function of arousing the political enthusiasm of the youth group and making them have positive attitude towards politics in order to better serve the society in a extensive way, while weakening the formation of their perfect personality and obstructing their pursuit of truth, good and beauty. In current times, how to acquire knowledge from the new theoretical field of view, to understand thoroughly the positive connotation of aestheticism, to attach great importance to the impact of aesthetics on the ideological and political education for youth, to enrich and perfect the ways and methods of the ideological and political education for youth accordingly and to improve the effectiveness and credibility of the ideological and political education for youth will have important practical and directive significance for the transition of ideological and political education for youth to modernization.
