唐先生认为,以儒家人文精神为核心的中国文化精神在未来中国文化和世界文化的发展中必然担当起神圣道统的责任。中国未来文化的发展,要充分保持儒家人文精神,并以之融摄中西方一切文化形态、文化思想。只有这样,才能一方面使中华人文精神得以真正传承和扩充,另一方面克服西方文化所固有的弊端而使世界文化得以和谐发展。

In Mr.TANG Jun-yi's opinion,Chinese cultural spirit with the core of Confucianist humanism will consequentially bear the responsibility of morality and justice criterion in the future development of Chinese and world culture.The Chinese culture development need to keep the Confucianist humanism and to syncretize all the cultural forms and thoughts of the world.Only in such a way,Chinese humanism can be succeeded and expanded,and the limitation of occident culture can be conquered.
