改革开放以来,我国青少年权益保护取得了令人瞩目的成就。专门法与非专门法相结合的青少年权益保护法律体系初步建立、青少年权益保护工作机制初步形成、青少年权益受到尊重并获得较为充分的实现、青少年的幸福感总体处于较高水平。然而,在青少年权益保护中不可避免地存在着误区、青少年权益实现状况还存在群体差异、城乡差异、社会中侵害青少年合法权益现象仍然存在。提高我国青少年权益保护水平,需要加强青少年权益保护的理论研究、实证研究以及国际比较研究,健全和完善青少年保护制度、福利制度和少年司法制度,健全和完善青少年权益保护工作机制,预防和打击侵害青少年的违法犯罪行为。
Abstract：Remarkable achievements of rights protection for adolescents in our country have been made since reform and opening up. The legal system of rights protection for adolescents by the combination of specialized laws and unspecialized laws has begun to take shape, the mechanism of rights protection for adolescents has been formed initially, the rights of adolescents have been being respected and have been realized more adequately, and the sense of happiness of adolescents is kept at a higher level. Nevertheless, there are unavoidable misunderstandings in the rights protection for adolescents, and there is population difference and difference between urban and rural areas in realization degree of adolescent' rights protection, and still can be seen the cases of infringing the lawful rights and interests of adolescents in society. It is necessary to do more theoretical research on adolescents' rights and interests protection, more empirical study and international comparative study, to improve and perfect system of adolescents protection, welfare system for adolescents and juvenile justice system, to improve and perfect the working mechanism of adolescents' rights and interests protection, and preventing and striking the illegal and criminal activities against adolescents, in order to improve the level of adolescents' rights and interests protection in our country.
