大学生职业自我效能感在主动性人格与职业决策困难之间起着中介作用,而父母的职业相关行为对这一中介作用有影响。基于23所高校的2929份有效问卷的调查数据,运用有调节的中介模型进行统计分析,结果表明:(1)父母职业支持度越高,主动性人格经由职业自我效能感而降低职业决策困难的程度越大;(2)父母职业干预程度越强,主动性人格经由职业自我效能感而降低职业决策困难的程度更小;(3)父母职业冷淡程度越强,主动性人格经由职业自我效能感而降低职业决策困难的程度越小。
Abstract：Occupational self-efficacy of college and university students shows a mediating effect between proactive personality and occupation decision-making difficulties, and career-related parental behavior moderates such effect. Based on survey data of 2929 questionnaires in 23 colleges and universities in China, statistical analysis of conditional process model indicates the following results: Firstly, as professional-related parental support increases, proactive personality's negative effect on career decision-making difficulty through self-efficacy becomes stronger significantly. Secondly, as professional-related parental intervention increases, proactive personality's negative effect on career decision-making difficulty through self-efficacy becomes weaker significantly. Thirdly, as professional-related parental apathy increases, proactive personality's negative effect on career decision-making difficulty through self-efficacy becomes weaker significantly.
