近年来,我国互联网处在高速发展阶段,青少年已经成为网络使用人群中的重要部分,青少年使用互联网产生了复杂的社会问题。本文依据"2013年中国(城镇)未成年人互联网运用状况调查"基本数据,采用State11软件进行数据统计分析。研究发现:城镇未成年人上网更加普及,呈现低龄化、娱乐化、移动化的趋势,青少年持续上网时间有减少的趋势。移动上网设备的普及加大了青少年网络管理的难度,网络游戏的娱乐功能得到进一步强化。家庭和学校管理不善,使得青少年网络问题无法得到有效解决。本文在城镇青少年上网现状以及问题分析的基础上,尝试提出几条针对性的政策建议。

The internet has been developing rapidly in China in recent years and among the numerous users the minors occupy a great part. It is the access to internet for minors that creates many complicated social problems. According to the Survey on the Condition of Minors' Internet Usage in China's town-level in 2013, the authors conduct analysis statistically on the basic data by using the software State11 and report following findings, such as the internet is growing in popularity among youngsters and they start using internet from a younger age, and a trend is shown that the internet is often used for entertainment, through mobile devices and continued online length of time shortened. The growing popularity of mobile devices that can connect the internet makes it more difficult to monitor the minors' connection to the internet, especially when the functions of online games are being strengthened continually. The Internet-connected problems of minors are not solved effectively for the poor management of interne in schools and families. Based on the current situation and the analysis of the internet-related problems of urban minors, the authors make an effort to introduce some targeted measures and suggestions to help the problems be solved.
