社区是社会治理的基本单元，是公共服务的神经末梢。教师队伍参加社区志愿服务，在平安环境、社区融合、社区文化等方面发挥作用，有助于构筑共建共治共享的社区治理体系。社区治理是教师施展才能的新场域，要搭建信息畅通的教师社区志愿服务平台，建构科学评估体系；系统整合志愿服务资源，鼓励教师用专业知识为社会做贡献，营造学校与社区共建共享的良好社会环境。
Abstract：Community is the fundamental unit of social governance and the nerve endings of public services. Teachers 'participation in community volunteer service plays a role in safe environment, community integration and community culture and other related aspects, which is helpful to build a community governance system of co-construction, co-governance and sharing.Community governance is a new field for teachers to display their talents. It is necessary to build a teacher community volunteer service platform with smooth information and construct a scientific evaluation system. It is also necessary to systematically integrate volunteer service resources, encourage teachers to contribute to society with professional knowledge, and create a good social environment for schools and communities to jointly build and share.
