志愿服务作为重要的社会管理活动和参与形式,在社会建设中的地位和作用越来越重要。志愿服务健康发展,需要以科学完整的志愿服务体系为保障。青年志愿服务体系主要由志愿精神、志愿者、志愿组织、志愿服务活动以及支持要素构成。青年志愿服务体系健全完善就要从促进这五要素健康发展的管理体制、发展机制、支持系统、保障体系等方面进行建设,从而为志愿服务事业的繁荣与兴旺奠定良好基础。

Being the important social administration activity and access of its participation, the volunteering service is obtaining more and more important status and effect in the social construction. The healthy development of volunteering service demands the scientific and complete volunteering service system to be guarantees. The youth volunteering service system consists of volunteering spirit, volunteers, volunteering organization, volunteering service activities and supportive factors. The perfection of the youth volunteering service requires constructions in administrative system, developing mechanism, supporting system and guarantee system to promote the healthy development of these five factors, so as to provide a solid foundation for the prosperity and flourishing of the volunteering service career.
