青年发展既是当代青年研究的时代主题,也是当代青年研究的核心课题。当代青年发展指向生理发展和心理发展、物质发展和精神发展、个体发展和社会发展三重维度的协调发展。构建由动力机制、整合机制、控制机制、保障机制构成的青年发展机制体系,为当代青年发展提供动力、引领方向、优化秩序、创造条件。
Abstract：The youth development is both the current time subject and the core subject of the contemporary youth research. The youth development focuses on the harmonious promotion in triple directions of physical-mental development, material- spiritual development and individual-social development, in order to establish the youth developing mechanism system, which consists of dynamism mechanism, integration mechanism, control mechanism and guarantee mechanism, so as to provide energy and enthusiasm, guide the direction, streamline the order and create conditions for the contemporary youth development.
