据不完全统计，家庭暴力是导致我国12至15岁青少年犯罪的首发和高发因素，社会应当及时给予纠正和干预。上海作为法治城市建设的先行者，引领着我国社会主义法治建设的前进方向，笔者从我国对遭受家庭暴力群体的法律保护制度及上海地区的司法实践着手，以上海法院作出的人身安全保护令为样本分析该制度在青少年保护领域的实际情况和问题，以期将人身安全保护令制度切实应用于青少年群体利益保护的司法实践。

According to incomplete statistics, domestic violence is the first and high incidence factor leading to juvenile delinquency between 12 and 15 years old in China, and society should give timely correction and intervention. Shanghai, as the forerunner of the construction of the rule of law city, leads the way forward in the construction of socialist rule of law in China. The author starts from the legal protection system for domestic violence groups in China and the judicial practice in Shanghai, and analyses the actual situation and problems of the system in the field of juvenile protection by taking the personal safety protection order made by the Shanghai court as a sample, with a view to applying the personal safety protection order system to juvenile groups in a practical way. In this way, the system of habeas corpus can be practically applied to the judicial practice of protecting the interests of young people.
