新时代党的创新理论青年化阐释包孕三个元问题。一是“为何阐释”。新时代党的创新理论青年化阐释既回应青年自身发展的需要、理论创新发展的需要、理论大众化的需要，也具有理论依据、历史经验和实践依托。二是“阐释什么”。新时代党的创新理论青年化阐释的内容主要包括新时代党的创新理论的世界观和方法论、新时代党的创新理论的原创性贡献和新时代党的创新理论对错误思潮的批判等。三是“如何阐释”。通过运用青年话语阐释新时代党的创新理论，增强新时代党的创新理论青年化阐释的媒介效能，完善新时代党的创新理论青年化阐释的体制机制保障，让新时代党的创新理论“飞入亿万青年中”。
Abstract：The youthful interpretation of the Party's innovative theories in the new era encompasses three meta-questions. The first is ‘why to explain'. The youthful explanation of the Party's innovative theories in the new era not only responds to the needs of the youth's own development, the needs of theoretical innovation and development, and the needs of the popularization of theories, but also has a theoretical basis, historical experience and practical support. The second is ‘what to explain'. The content of youthful explanation of the Party's innovation theory in the new era mainly includes the worldview and methodology of the Party's innovation theory in the new era, the original contribution of the Party's innovation theory in the new era, and the criticism of the Party's innovation theory in the new era on the erroneous trend of thinking, etc. The third is ‘how to explain'. Through the use of youth discourse to explain the Party's innovative theories in the new era, enhance the media effectiveness of the youthful explanation of the Party's innovative theories of the new era, and improve the institutional mechanism to ensure the youthful interpretation of the Party's innovative theories of the new era,and let the Party's innovative theories of the new era will ‘fly into the hundreds of millions of young people'.
