本文以2013年农村未成年人互联网运用状况调查的数据为依据,对当前农村未成年人运用网络的现状和基本特征进行了描述和分析,主要涉及农村未成年人运用互联网基本情况、热点应用、网络社交和不使用网络的情况。通过分析发现:互联网在农村未成人中得到了较高的普及率;上网的主要内容以娱乐休闲为主,学习为辅;不上网的主要原因是父母的限制;父母对子女上网持保守态度。同时,发现家庭对农村未成年人上网有显著影响作用,未成年人在网络运用中存在着非理性行为。在对农村未成年人网络运用基本特质和问题分析的基础上,本文进一步提出了基本的应对措施。

According to the statistics conducted in 2013 for access to internet for rural minors, the author discusses and analyzes the reality and main features of this field, such as the basic situation, the hot point aspects, online communication and non-usage of internet for minors in rural areas. It is noticed from the analysis that the internet, which is used mainly for entertainment rather than learning by minors in countryside, is growing in popularity. Holding a conservative attitude towards the internet, some parents are used to restricting the children's access. And in the meantime it is remarkable that families have great impact on rural children's usage of internet and irrational behaviors are often shown by some rural children when they are on line. By analyzing the main features and problem of internet access for rural minors, the author puts forward some measures to deal with these situations.
