在中国共产党的百年引领下，中国青年运动蓬勃发展。回顾和分析中国共产党对青年志愿服务的百年引领历史，可以从不同历史阶段的志愿服务历程中发现个性特征和共性经验，为新时代青年志愿服务事业的发展提供经验启示。结合新时代的特点，立足新征程的使命，新时代的青年志愿服务要坚持党的全面领导、彰显中国特色、完善制度体系、构建信息平台，不断促进我国青年志愿服务事业的高质量发展，体现中国式现代化进程中的青年力量。
Abstract：Under the guidance of the CPC for a hundred years, the Chinese youth movement has flourished. By reviewing and analyzing the centennial history of the CPC's leading role in youth volunteer service, we can find individual characteristics and common experiences from the volunteer service history of different historical stages, and provide experience and enlightenment for the development of youth volunteer service in the new era. Combined with the characteristics of the new era and based on the mission of the new journey, youth volunteer service in the new era should adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the Party,highlight Chinese characteristics, improve the institutional system, and build an information platform, so as to constantly promote the high-quality development of youth volunteer service in China, and reflect the strength of youth in Chinese path to modernization.
