在数字技术深度嵌入社会生活的时代语境中，Z世代青年作为“数字原住民”，在享受技术带来的高效与便捷之余，也日益陷入信息过载、虚拟社交和算法操控所带来的多重数字焦虑。Z世代青年作为数字社会转型的亲历者和参与者，在数字技术强化、社会加速侵蚀与资本驱动的共同作用下，出现了身体被“抽离”与属我单一化的身体焦虑、情感被“抽象”与需求两极化的情感焦虑、经验被“剥离”与生命空壳化的经验焦虑和价值被“粉碎”与意义虚无化的价值焦虑等问题。这种非理性的精神状态是在资本逻辑、技术逻辑、认知逻辑的合谋助推下导致的结果，不利于青年塑造健康的精神状态和思想行为。为有效破解青年数字焦虑的困境，应加强思想引领，形成“正视焦虑”的价值自觉，提高个体素养，锻造“突破焦虑”的综合能力，整合社会资源，营造“冲破焦虑”的社会环境，以期为当前数字社会背景下的青年心理健康治理与媒介生态优化提供理论支撑与实践启示。

In an era where digital technology is deeply embedded in social life, Generation Z youth, as "digital natives," while enjoying the efficiency and convenience brought by technology, are increasingly caught in multiple digital anxieties stemming from information overload, virtual social interaction, and algorithmic manipulation. As witnesses and participants in the transformation of the digital society, Generation Z youth are increasingly affected by the combined effects of enhanced digital technology, accelerated social erosion, and capital-driven forces,have physical anxiety about the body being "extracted" and the self-singularity, emotional anxiety about the "abstract" and polarized needs, experiential anxiety about the "stripping" of experience and the hollowing out of life, and value anxiety about the "crushing" of value and the nihilism of meaning. This irrational mental state is the result of the collusion of capital logic, technical logic and cognitive logic, which is not conducive to the shaping of healthy mental state and ideological behavior of young people. In order to effectively solve the dilemma of youth digital anxiety, we should strengthen ideological guidance, form the value consciousness of "facing anxiety", improve individual literacy, forge the comprehensive ability of "breaking through anxiety", integrate social resources, and create a social environment of "breaking through anxiety", so as to provide theoretical support and practical inspiration for youth mental health governance and media ecology optimization in the current digital social context.
