当前,碎片化信息已成为社会生活中新媒介环境里的重要组成部分,其内容、形式和属性等各个方面对青少年价值观的形成和发展都具有不小的影响。这些影响有积极的部分,也有消极的成分。从积极的影响来看,新媒介环境下的碎片化信息为青少年提供了快速获取大量知识和信息的新途径;其传递的双向性对青少年价值观的形成和发展具有促进作用;其多元性为青少年看待问题提供了多个角度和多种解决思路。而从消极的影响来看,其产生的亚文化与学校道德教育的伦理指向产生了断裂;其不当内容会对处于青少年叛逆期的价值取向推波助澜;其多元性会使青少年价值观在困惑中徘徊不定。通过新媒介环境下碎片化信息对青少年价值观积极和消极两个方面影响的探究,进而引申出:对青少年价值观的引导应注重工具理性和价值理性的融合统一;对消除碎片化信息的消极影响应标本兼治,即注重社会管理的同时更注重青少年新媒介素养能力的培养;对青少年价值观的教育应开始注重以教育需求带动科技创新的理念等三个方面的思考。
Abstract:The fragmentation information has currently become a significant component of social life in new media environment and has notable impact, which contains both positive and negative elements, on the formation and development of values of adolescents in every aspect, such as content, style and nature, etc. From the view of its positive influence, the fragmentation information in the new media environment provides the adolescents with the new access to get quickly a large amount of knowledge and information, while its bidirectional trans-information causes an acceleration of formation and development of adolescents' values and its diversification provides more angels of views and solutions to problems. Form the view of its negative influence, a break exists between the sub-culture it created and the moral direction of ideological education in school, while its improper contents will only add fuel to the fire for the value orientation of adolescents in the rebellion period and its diversification can make the adolescents hover in value confusion. From the research on both the positive and negative impacts of fragmentation information in the new media environment on the values of adolescents, the article draws thinking in the following three aspects : to pay abundant attention to the fusion of tool rationality and value rationality in guidance on values of adolescents, to seek both temporary and permanent solutions to elimination of negative impact of fragmentation information, that is to attach more importance on attainment of ability for adolescents in new media while paying attention to social management; to begin to lay emphasis on the concept of promoting the innovation in science and technology with demand for education in the value education of adolescents.
