对青年开展政治引领，是党的青年工作的重要内容，是培养堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人的必由之路，事关党和国家的前途命运。近年来，国内学界对于青年政治引领的相关问题愈发关注，形成了较为丰硕的研究成果。梳理相关研究成果可以看出，既有研究主要从青年政治引领的发展历程、现有挑战以及优化路径等方面展开，所取得的成果为持续推进青年政治引领研究奠定了良好基础，但同时也存在研究视域较为有限、对青年政治引领的体系建设关注较少、对青年政治引领的技术应用探索不深等不足。今后一段时间，需要从拓宽研究视域、加强体系建设思考、加深技术应用探索等方面深化对青年政治引领的研究，从而为做好青年政治引领工作提供更多有益的思路和启示。
Abstract：Providing political guidance to young people is an important part of the CPC's youth work and an important way to train young people worthy of the task of national rejuvenation. It concerns the future and destiny of the Party and the country. In recent years, domestic academic circles pay more and more attention to youth political guidance, and have achieved relatively rich theoretical achievements. Combing the relevant research results, it can be seen that the existing research is mainly carried out from three aspects: the development course of youth political guidance, the existing challenges of youth political guidance and the improvement paths of youth political guidance, and the results have laid a good foundation for further promoting the research on youth political guidance. But at the same time, there are also some problems, such as limited research horizon, less attention to the system construction of youth political guidance, and less in-depth research on the technical application of youth political guidance. In the future, it is necessary to deepen the research on youth political guidance from the aspects of broadening the research horizon,attaching importance to system construction and deepening the research on technology application, so as to provide more beneficial ideas and inspirations for the youth political guidance.
