文科高职实践教学模式的构建需明确培养目标、进行职业分析、制定切实可行的实践教学计划、构建实践教学环境、建立校外实训基地。实践教学体系应按照"通用职业能力养成——岗位核心能力培养——职业环境下的综合职业能力形成"的职业能力形成内在要求而设计。

To construct the practice teaching mode for social specialty higher vocational education,we need def ine training goal,carry vocation analysis,establish teaching plan,construct teaching environment,and build practice base out college.The practice teaching system should be designed along the inner claim of vocational ability formation,which is "nurturance of general vocational ability-training of post kernel ability-formation of integrative ability in vocational environment".
