"立德树人"是党中央把握教育规律,掌握教育发展趋势,为实现科教兴国和人才强国而做出的重要决策。高校要提高教育质量必须把"立德树人"作为根本,以"育人为本理念"为隐性路径、以"师风师德建设"为重要路径、以"社会齐抓共管"为基本路径,将培育社会主义核心价值观融入教育全过程。
Abstract："Strengthening Morality Education" is an important decision made by the Party Central Committee according to the educational law and development trend to realize the goal of revitalizing the nation through science, education and human resource development. In order to improve the quality of teaching, the colleges and universities must put the ‘strengthening morality education" as basic principle; the "educating students with top priority" as self-explanatory way; the "teacher's virtue" as the important way; the "joint administration" as basic way; and integrate the socialist core values into the whole process of education.
